Q. When will you ship my WallCandy® wall decals?

A. We try to ship within 2 business days from the time you place your order. Occasions wall decals ship in one week.

*For Expedited shipments your orders must be received by 12 noon (eastern standard time) otherwise it ships the next business day.

Q. What shipping method do you use to ship WallCandy® wall decals?

A. We ship FedEx to the contintental U.S.A. We ship USPS everywhere else.

Q. How long will it take to get my WallCandy® wall decals?

A. If you live in the continental U.S. it will depend on the FedEx shipping option you choose but it ranges between 1 - 7 business days.

Q. I don't live in the continental U.S. How long will it take for my WallCandy® to arrive?

A. WallCandy® uses USPS to ship outside the contiguous 48 states. It can take 4-6 weeks from the time we ship to the time it arrives at your door. Canadian shipments typically take 10 business days and Australia is typically 3 weeks.

Q. I live outside the U.S. Do I need to pay import fees on my WallCandy®? 

A. Maybe. WallCandy® Arts does not collect customs or brokerage fees from you. We recommend you check with your government customs office before placing your order with us.
