PoliciesShipping and HandlingWe process internet orders Monday through Friday. Please know that our shipping carrier, Fedex, does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday or to PO Boxes. The following shipping and handling charges are applied to orders shipped within the Continental US based on the number of kits ordered:

A phone number is required to process all orders Almost all orders are shipped the next business day. We will notify you promptly by email if an item is backordered with an expected date. Returns We stand behind our product 100% and satisfaction is guaranteed. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your WallCandy purchase you can return it to us for a full refund minus the shipping cost. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. You must contact us within 10 days of your purchase. We inspect all items before shipment but sometimes damage occurs during transit. Please notify us immediately and we will replace any and all damaged goods. Please keep all original packing materials. Sales Tax No sales tax will be charged to any delivery address located outside the state of New York. All shipments made within New York State will be charged the appropriate sales tax for the ship to locality. Internet Security At WallCandy Arts we take advantage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security, protecting our shoppers while sensitive information is in transit over the Internet. Credit card numbers are then encrypted when stored on the server. We also require customers to enter CVV2 information when accepting credit card orders, which can enhance fraud protection. The CVV2 number is the additional 3 or 4 digits after the credit card number shown on the back of most credit cards (the front of American Express cards). |
